Senthuran RanjanHead of Legal Practice
Senthuran is a qualified solicitor and heads up our Residential Conveyancing Department. He supervises the legal work undertaken by our Conveyancers and is responsible for the team’s delivery of swift and smooth conveyancing transactions as well as industry-leading customer service standards.
Senthuran entered the legal industry in 2011 and has been practicing conveyancing since 2012. He is known for his pragmatic, client-focussed approach to law, his deep understanding of our customers’ needs and his calm and methodical demeanour. He is a fluent speaker of Tamil and in his spare time he enjoys reading, playing cricket and watching movies. Senthuran can be contacted on firstname.lastname@example.org
Doris Melany Christy DelaTeam Leader
Doris graduated from the City Law School in 2016 and successfully completed her LPC in 2017. After gaining over 3 years' worth of experience in conveyancing, she has discovered her deep passion for conveyancing and has now become a team leader at WYM Legal. Her main practice areas include residential sales, residential purchases, new build purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.
Doris strives to deliver the best possible service to clients and ensures that all clients are dealt with in a friendly, positive and supportive manner.
Hannah is a Solicitor working in the Conveyancing department as a Consultant at WYM Legal Ltd; she holds a Masters Degree in Law having followed an approved integrated programme in Legal Practice.
She covers a range of areas in the country however is based in Whitby, North Yorkshire, where she manages a small team of staff. She prides herself in guiding clients through the process in a timely and efficient manner to ensure a high level of service is maintained at all times and receives positive feedback in all areas of her work. Hannah is able to advise and accept instructions in all Conveyancing related queries including but not limited to sale and purchase matters, re-mortgage, assent, transfer of equity matters including complex transfers of part, first registration formalities, lease extensions, new-build transactions, right to buy and shared ownership leases
Jacqueline AnnanTeam Leader
Jacqueline completed her first degree in English Literature and Sociology at the University of Ghana in 2010. She proceeded to obtain her LLB degree in 2013 from the University of Kent in Canterbury. She then completed her postgraduate diploma in Legal Professional Course at the University of Law in 2017.
Jacqueline completed her Training Contract at a law firm in Buckinghamshire, where she gained experience in Commercial and Residential Property Law. She qualified as a Lawyer (Solicitor) in 2019.
In 2022 Jacqueline joined WYM Legal where she forms an integral part of the Residential Conveyancing Department. At WYM Legal, Jacqueline is a Team Leader and Solicitor, assisting clients in all Conveyancing matters.
Jacqueline is married and a mother of three. She loves baking cakes, podcasting, writing short stories, playing cardio tennis and riding her Peloton bike.
Luckvinder is a Paralegal at WYM Legal and joined the team in 2022. She completed her first degree in Law & Public Policy at De Montfort University 2010. She then went onto do a Graduate Diploma in Law from De Montfort Law School in 2013 and successfully completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in 2015. Having studied Property Law, she was interested in developing a career within conveyancing.
With a vast experience in customer service and administration, Luckvinder believes communication is key to providing first class customer service along with understanding the need of the clients. She assists in several both sale and purchase matters.
Luckvinder is a mother of two little boys. In her spare time, she likes to travel, play badminton, annually participates in race for life events and volunteers at her local Gurudwara (place of worship)
